We are seeking a smart, innovative, resourceful person to ramp up our fundraising in ways we may not even know about yet.  

Are you a person with a background/experience/education in helping nonprofits/small businesses grow in their fundraising efforts?  Would you consider helping our organization to reach new financial milestones set by the board.

Our goals are to skyrocket our fundraising efforts and outcome so that we can help more first responders, veterans, and their families. Grow our service dog program and keep changing the lives of the men and women who have done so much for their communities.

We are seeking someone with a gift for writing and social media. A passionate person who can help us keep up with the ever-changing algorithms and interests of social media platforms. 

Key responsibilities:

• Social Media planning, creating, maintaining and posting
• Work to maintain current engagement and increase engagement/community on all platforms
• Work with our Marketing Director to develop, implement and monitor new ways to grow our brand and mission
• Have a passion for mental wellness and educating the public through social media
• Love first responders and veterans as much as we do

We are seeking to add 2 new Board Members At-Large to our organization.  

Across All Lines' Board of Directors is the governing body, overseeing vision, mission, and internal operations of the organization. Board members hold overall fiscal and managerial oversight responsibility for our organization. They are charged with the supervision and oversight of Across All Lines’ mission and are responsible for making decisions, delegating work, and assuring decisions are carried out in the manner intended. Ultimately, board members serve as ambassadors for Across All Lines’ mission, inside and outside of organizational commitments. 

Qualifications:

• Past or current engagement with Across All Lines (e.g., partnership, membership, content providers, etc.)
• Interest in and willingness to support Across All Lines’ goals and objectives
• Initiative, integrity and leadership skills
• Sound decision-making ability
• Ability to take on, monitor, and complete tasks assigned
• Collaborative attitude
• Commitment to open and honest communication

Responsibilities as a At-Large Board Member:

• Serve as a leading ambassador of Across All Lines’ mission, programs, and services.
• Regularly attend and prepare for quarterly Board meetings and important related meetings.
• Volunteer for and willingly accept assignments and complete them thoroughly and on time.
• Serve on at least one sub-committee, preferably as a chair, and attend committee meetings. This would be an event committee, fundraising committee, etc.
• Make a serious commitment to participate actively in Board and other Across All Lines work.
• Prepare and approve necessary organizational policies.
• Be knowledgeable about Across All Lines’ mission, vision, programs, and events.
• Stay informed about Board matters, prepare themselves for meetings, and review and comment on issues of importance.
• Participate in creation of strategic plan and conduct annual review of the strategic plan.

We always need help with fundraising which would mean reaching out to places to make the ask via email, phone, or through a donation request form found online.
